So our heater quit working. And it was so cold in the house. So definitely an emergency. After calling the company we have been using and loyal to for 6 years we were told sure let’s put you on the schedule, we will be there in a week to fix your heating unit, expecting me and my disabled mom to freeze for a week! That was unacceptable! And after just having them do a tune up with parts replaced three weeks prior. Yeah that was not going to work! So I Made a call to “Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Lady answered right away and said we can’t guarantee we can send a technician today but we will see what we can do and get you some help! Rich came out to our place same day a little less than two hours later! We were so happy!! Central HVAC saved us! Rich was so nice and extremely professional. He was very explanatory and let us know what he was doing! He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and had us up And running and everything tested throughly in a decent amount of time! A great company and I’m so happy with the service that I have now become a customer of theirs permanently.

Problem: Pilot light went out on a 17 year old water heater in the evening on a Monday.Scheduling Service: Called around 0800ish Tuesday and they were able to squeeze me in SAME DAY. The professional on the other end of the phone was outstanding and very easy to communicate with.Technician: On time with prior notification that he would be enroute. Professionalism was top notch and immediately got to work. Explained the problem so that I would understand and provided me two options. Repair 17 year old water heater or replace. There was NO PRESSURE to do either option.Solution: I decided to replace. THING IS; HE DID IT IMMEDIATELY. SAME DAY IN LESS THAN 3-4 HOURS.Recommendation: I recommend Central AHCP for all of your heating cooling and plumbing needs. Highest recommendation I could give.

Had a mini split installed--Estimate was best in area. There were a few issues after install that needed addressed. Central Air came out and quickly took care of issues. Very polite and considerate install team, sales, and staff. Also, my brother had issues with pipe hammering, and plumber guided him on how best to eliminate sound with a pressure valve. Great fix. We called the office on a Saturday and effortlessly got scheduled for an AC maintenance service, and diagnostic on our condensate pump.
