Here again...was happy to have Michael back out, this time for the annual HVAC/central air check. Top notch service and another reminder that the partnership plans with these guys is worth every penny.

Central Air had been out for about a week. I was waiting for my home warranty to send someone but it was taking too long. As such, cut my losses and contacted Central Air - best decision I made. Customer Service was a breeze (pun intended), scheduling could not have been faster, and John, the tech who came to help, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - what more can you ask for?? Price was also more than fair.
My only regret was not calling sooner.
I will be signing up for their membership services as well.
