He was extremely courteous and helpful, showed us how to use our ecobee thermostat which we had no idea how to use, we were going to purchase one from your company and have it installed but he suggested we wait to see if we could get the access code from the previous owner which we did get which saved us the cost of having a new one installed, seems like a wonderful person I hope we are lucky enough to have him come back to service the A/C ,you have a great employee we are completely satisfied with your company and won't hesitate to call you again for our heating cooling and plumbing needs

Noel was very knowledgable and thorough servicing our Trane HVAC system. He answered my many questions and set me up for an estimate to run a new gas line to a generator. Based on my experience, I joined the membership program which was very reasonable for routine annual service plus discounts on additional services. It was a very positive experience.

Noel Thomas helped us out today and he was amazing! Our A/C unit was not pushing out any cool air and Noel Identified the problem immediately and fixed it right away!

The communication is very good! Rick sent a text (with his photo) letting me know his arrival time, came in a well signed van and presented me with his business card upon arrival. I appreciate this level of identification as a safety measure. His inspection was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I felt he is honest, sincere and detail oriented. Definitely would recommend!

Mike Vaughan was out today for our annual heat pump checkup. He was very detail oriented and reviewed the check sheet findings with me and answered questions. Very happy with Mike and Central Air.

We initially had a very positive experience with Central Cooling & Heating—the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and everything appeared to be working properly when the service was completed. We also had this system installed by them just last year, so we expected it to be reliable. However, our AC stopped working shortly after that recent visit, which is extremely frustrating—especially during a period of high temperatures. This is not just an inconvenience for us; we have a brachycephalic dog at home, and this situation poses a real health risk. Given both the recent service and the relatively new installation, we expected far better reliability and are disappointed to now be dealing with a system failure so soon after. We are hoping for a prompt and urgent response to resolve the issue. We will update this review based on how quickly and effectively this is addressed. Update! After my initial review, Central Cooling & Heating quickly made things right. Our AC stopped working shortly after a recent service, but their team responded in less than 24 hours, which we really appreciated—especially given the heat and the urgency for our household. The technician who came out was professional, thorough, and clearly explained what went wrong. They were also very apologetic for the inconvenience and worked efficiently to get our system back up and running. We had our system installed by them last year, so it was reassuring to see them stand behind their work and respond quickly when an issue came up. While the situation was stressful, their follow-up service and responsiveness made a big difference. Thank you to the team for taking care of this so quickly.

I’ve used Central Air services for many years at a prior home and transferred the service to a new residence. Their maintenance program is a good value. I don’t give 5’s but Brett was as close to one as he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a warm human being. He explained everything he did . Oh and he was great with my dogs!

We had a great experience with our air-conditioning technician, Chris. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. Chris was able to quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and walked us through our options without any pressure. The repair was done efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. He also took the time to make sure everything was clean and in good shape before leaving, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work - we actually signed up for the maintenance package as part of the work today!

We used Central Air to replace our Heating and Cooling System. They were prompt, fair and did great work. We did have another bid from a large local company that was much much higher. I like this company because they seem honest and responsive to our needs.

Stan from Central gets all five starts from me and great appreciation for the work he did for us. The diagnosis was difficult, a tight space and old fixtures. He dug in and kept at it for a couple of hours on the diagnosis. Good natured, friendly, respectful, and listening he offered us a fair and reasonable price to replace what needed to be replaced - as the fixtures were no longer able to be repaired. He came back sooner than we planned when we decided we needed the job done sooner. He did good work, and our plumbing problems are solved, and the bathroom is a pleasure to utilize again. Great company on time wonderful experience!

Our AC motor stopped working a few days ago and I was hoping to get someone out to fix it before the hot weather started. Central Air was able to send Chris out the same day and replace the motor. He was kind, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely manner. We so appreciated him and his extra words of wisdom of thermostat models :) Thanks Chris!!
