Their team recommended and installed a heat pump HVAC and electric water heater, and have been providing us with biannual maintenance services since. Central Air had been out for about a week. I was waiting for my home warranty to send someone but it was taking too long. As such, cut my losses and contacted Central Air - best decision I made. Customer Service was a breeze (pun intended), scheduling could not have been faster, and John, the tech who came to help, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - what more can you ask for?? Price was also more than fair.My only regret was not calling sooner.I will be signing up for their membership services as well.

My technician, John, was amazing! During Portland's recent hot spell, he serviced my unit the very same day I requested it — thanks booking team! — and fashioned a MacGyver style fix that saved me hundreds of dollars. The Central Air team does amazing work every time. Thanks, John!

Rich arrived, found the problem and fixed it efficiently, and explained what he was doing and why. He gave me some advice about maintaining the system and changing the filters. He even left a filter for when needed. His service was excellent, and I am entirely satisfied.

Rich the service tech provided a great service and taught me a lot about my mini split system. Checked my filters and also checked the out door unit. Showed me how to properly set my louvers so my mini split runs efficiently. Great asset to the company.

Our AC went out during the 100 degree weather and Central Air was out within 36 hours when all other companies wouldn’t schedule me for minimum 7 days. I will definitely be calling on them for any future troubles. Seth was quick, explained the issues with the unit well, and had us back in AC in no time.

My house used to be cool, but during the heat wave, the days of having a cool house came to an end. Nobody wanted to come over and hang out anymore.Seth responded to my call for help, found the refrigerant leak and filled it back up, making my house cool again.Seth provided great customer service, explained everything he found along the way, and made a returning customer out of me! I won’t be using any other company for my HVAC needs and you shouldn’t either!

Our AC went out during the recent heat wave. We called several local contractors and Central Air provided prompt call back and service. Rich the technician who came was friendly and skilled in the diagnostics of our issue, communication through out his time in our home was great. What a relief to have our AC back up and running. Will recommend to our friends. Top Notch customer service!

I can't recall why I chose this company to come out and check my HVAC system leak. The gal I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. Alexander was the tech who came out to our house. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to talk me into services I don't need. He was on time, fixed my immediate problem, and gave me quotes on suggested preventative maintenance for down the road. There isn't anything that a different company could have done better that I'm aware of.

Tony and Travis came out and did the full maintenance on the AC , super nice and friendly. They were thorough with every single part of the process and explained everything in detail (: amazing job thank you !

Brett was dispatched to perform our annual service on our AC system. Like most of the employees I have worked with at CAHC he was polite, pleasant, professional and willing to explain steps needed to sustain and possible extend the useful life of our appliance. Kirk was very good and knowledgeable to make quick repair to my AC unit.

Luckily, Kurt came out on a weekend in the middle of a heat wave and used his experience and some creativity to solve a challenging air conditioning problem. We remain cool through out this heat dome!
