Michael came today to do maintenance on my furnace. He answered my questions in regards to their healthy home club and I decided to go with this option as seems like a good deal for staying up on home maintenance and offers discounts if needed. Michael was thorough and provided me pictures of the system and a health check report

I called Central Air as our water heater was toast and they sent someone out within two hours to provide a quote and did a great job on the installation. They were also super helpful and very quick to get under the house and take a look at our pipes following a question I had. I would definitely recommend!

Tim came to do our annual maintenance on our HVAC unit. He communicated with us everything he did and sent pictures as we were not there. He was thorough and friendly. We added a few extra things to keep our unit safe and appreciate his knowledge to keep us informed. Excellent service.

I see why they have so many 5 star reviews! Scheduling was easy and quick, communication was clear, and Kenny, our technician, was prompt and thorough. Update: Nick was out today to prep our furnace for the cooler weather. These guys are all great! Prompt, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend! Update 8/28/26–Michael came out to our new house to service and do maintenance on our much older unit, and found several safety issues that he showed me and provided options for— I was so glad to know about these issues before we moved in! Update 9/3/26-Cash was out today to install an air purifier in our new heat pump (also installed by these guys). He and everyone else has been great. Highly recommend their Healthy Home Club!

Michael was awesome

Stan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem. He found the part he needed quickly at a nearby hardware store and installed it. And he advised me on avoiding the problem so it wouldn't reoccur. Excellent service.

Jake actually never worked on our furnace. We had a furnace installed by another company and when he came and saw that it was another companies work, he let us know working on it could void the warranty from the other company. I am grateful for his honesty and knowledge. And wish it didn’t take him driving all the way out for nothing.
