Plumber Cody Vance at Central Air is fantastic! He is so personable and incredibly thorough in his work - really focuses on the details. He has serviced our home a couple of times and it is always such a pleasant experience as he tackles the situation. We know we are in good hands with his services. Central Air is a terrific company and we are glad to have them on our contact list. (4 months later) Rick Schwarz came to our house twice to service our old furnace and did an outstanding job! He was so friendly and incredibly helpful in giving us advice on how keep the furnace going a little longer. Once again Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing gave us impeccable service and they guaranteed heat for the winter! Thank you.

Jake was my service provider today from Central heating and air, and yet again… I have nothing but good things to say. He was incredibly personable. I have the contract with the company where they come out twice early to do routine check ups of the system and notify me of any needed maintenance… This was one of those routine visits. I love the professionalism, and the knowledge that Jake had about my system, what could potentially happen with what he saw, but yet not pushing anything on me. I Don’t like it one companies make you feel guilty if you don’t get something repaired right away. Jake was amazing, so funny, and I Felt good with him in my home. One thing that I really appreciate about Central is that they always tell me exactly who’s coming to my house before they get there, they are always in a company vehicle, and they are always wearing company colors.

I've been using Central Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for years now as one of their subscription members and I have always appreciated the bi-yearly checkups they do on my furnace and AC unit. Seth came to our home on a last minute no heat in our house situation. Very kind, so professional. Very honest about what our household and heater needed. I would absolutely recommend him. But this company as whole today has been so accommodating, as a house with no heat they came over and made schedules work and I am so appreciative. Very nice people. Very professional. Will call again if we ever need future services done

Chris has been so helpful each time he has come out. We've had a couple other techs come and suggest work but always felt like they were trying to up-sell. Chris reviewed the past estimates and ended up finding lesser expensive ways to complete the same work. We would love to have him do every twice yearly visit going forward.

In addition to HVAC maintenance John also cleaned and adjusted the fireplace for the first time. The screen and the glass were dingy I discovered and now flames appear much brighter and the glass sparkles. He also removed his shoes when he came inside which I appreciate. Wonderful service.

Honest and reasonable… very pleased with the membership plan that ensures we have our air and heating system serviced twice a year and an additional 20% discount towards work done when it’s needed.

Kenny has been out to our place a few times now and he’s always been friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

Today Tim came out to service my Heater. Its great having this service knowing that I don't have to keep track of how often and when they service my lawn, it's just done twice a year. Tim was great at explaining everything to me. He did a wonderful job taking care of my heater . Everyone does an excellent job at helping me when I have a question. I'm so glad I purchased my heater, AC unit, and my water heater with Brooks. I've been very happy with their service.

Jake came out for a routine service and discovered that our secondary furnace is on its last legs. No high pressure sales pitch, just information (with photos of the problem) and a number to call when we make a decision on what to do, with options on how to repair or replace.

Tim Newville was fantastic. He was thorough and explained everything so that I could understand my new furnace better. I was grateful for his knowledge and skills. He made adjustments to keep my equipment running efficiently. I’ve used Central Air services for many years at a prior home and transferred the service to a new residence. Their maintenance program is a good value. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this company and will ask for Tim in particular. The service was top notch!

Cody Vance from Central Air came over for a plumbing inspection of our home. He went under our home and actually took a video of it so he could show us that there wasn't any leaks, and no water standing anywhere. He was very thorough and we were very pleased with the outcome. He was very thoughtful to put on booties when entering our home and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Central Air's business for your plumbing needs.

My semi-annual check up was preformed by Jake Sanders and he did a great job!

Rich Valdez was the technician that came to provide maintance on our furnace. Rich was a service person that had all the qualities a person could hope for-courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and clear speaking. I am a 77yearold grumpy old man, a technician’s nightmare: somewhat distrustful of service people, lots of questions, worried about getting cheated or taken advantage of, and sure he could of fixed it himself! Rich was the perfect technician for a person like me: Rich quietly proceeded to explain to me how he would approach the maintaince and review of the condition of the furnace. He was clear and generous in his explanation and showed me what he was doing. He offered alternatives and made suggestions to reduce the likelihood of any future problems ocurring.
Not only did Rich do a thorough maintainance of our furnace but he renewed my faith in Central Air and renewed my faith in quality service Technicians like Rich. Thank you!

Rich was amazing in so many ways! He was so personable, friendly and thoughtful! He also was very professional in that he really knew his stuff, was so thorough in diagnosing and finding the problems with our furnace, and in making sure we understood the issues, which were many. His customer service was the best we have ever experienced! He called his company to send out a person that could give us a quote on a new furnace recognizing our need to consider all options. He stayed around until Jeff, showed up and beyond. We decided to go with a new furnace, and are having it installed today. Rich stayed longer yesterday knowing we also had a problem with our gas fireplace insert (which will be fully serviced by his company next week) and wanted to make sure it was at least working well enough so that we would have some heat! We were so glad to have him help us through this process!

On time, no fuss. Did the service, answered my questions and left. Better prices than the competition. Timely follow up from the office via phone.

Super good company to do business with. Chris Merkle came over for a biannual inspection and found a problem with our heat pump. It was a tricky issue but with expert troubleshooting he was able to identify and fix the problem. With very friendly and highly competent service, Chris took the time to explain things clearly to me. I'd highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs. On top of that you should spring for the $15 monthly fee to get twice yearly inspections, discounts and priority service. It's well worth it for the peace of mind. Three Thumbs Up!

Michael Vaughn came out today to do my regularly scheduled furnace inspection. As has every other Central Air technician who has come to my house, he was friendly, polite, protective of my floors, and tidy. Going into my attic always results in loose bits of insulation falling onto the floor; every Central Air technician has thoroughly vacuumed it all up. I always feel more secure after their visits!

We have used Central Air since 2022. We bought a new furnace and heat pump. They perform yearly service for both heating and cooling. This recent air filtration system, installed by Jake Sanders, is a great addition to our HVAC. Jake kept us informed and was easy to work with. He did an outstanding job.

The technician, Brett, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure all of my questions were answered and he did maintenance in a timely fashion. I love that they have a monthly subscription program so my bi-yearly maintenance fees are spread out. And I never have to worry about making my maintenance appointments as they always contact me. Would definitely recommend them!!

This was our first time using Central Air for a furnace tuneup. I was told on the phone that the tech would explain their membership program at the appointment, but there would be no obligation. Truthfully I wasn't looking forward to that. But I needed the tuneup.

Rich came out and was very thorough. We got to see pictures of the inside of our furnace and before & afters. He said our furnace was in good shape for its age and recommended one item for cleaning. He did tell me about the membership program, and just like the lady said, it was truly a no pressure situation. But I signed up for it anyway because it is a great deal.

Technician Rick Schwartz was great! He analyzed our HVAC furnace, did appropriate testing, and found out a problem with wire connection. He did multiple testing to ensure the fix worked and was very professional. This is the first time I used Central Air Heating service and very happy with the service provided.

Our furnace stopped heating two days after we had gotten the semiannual hvac check ( at which time the furnace was working). We called Central Air on Saturday and Seth came over to check it out. He was very meticulous in diagnosing the issue and after some time figured out that it was a faulty pressure switch. He then temporarily fixed the issue so that we would have heat and arranged for a new replacement part to be ordered and installed by next week. We are very pleased with Seth’s friendly and communicative nature as well as his experience in such matters!! Seth is wonderful person and very helpful; a really hard worker and knowledgeable!

He was super nice and explained all the things he was doing and provided honest observation and suggestions. Spend a good quality time to check everything in the system and done a wonderful job. We have been super impressed with him and Central Air. We are glad we are part of their program and they treat us well.

My heating unit would not cooperate during the coldest seasons of the year and Seth Martins managed to diagnose it within minutes. Helped educate a new homeowner on how to keep things running properly. Will look to Seth and Central Air for future jobs.

When our gas furnace did not come on as scheduled this morning and the thermostat displayed an urgent notification, we contacted Central Air. Chris responded promptly and checked out the furnace thoroughly. Fortunately he found no issue and the furnace did start. He did a great job communicating with me, and he was very professional. We can always depend on Central Air for great customer service.

Been using central air for a few years now, they’re always super knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Also highly responsive in emergencies and I really appreciated that when I had mold growing in my ac unit! They always answer my questions and aren’t pushy when it comes to upgrades. Kenny, Tim, and Alex have been the technicians who have helped me in the last couple years and i appreciate their honesty, patience and kindliness to me since I don’t really understand hvac too much. Would recommend!

These folks are always great. Scheduling my annual checkup appointment was quick and easy. There was good communication about when my tech would arrive. Seth was friendly, professional, and thorough, explaining everything when he was done. If you get a chance, sign up for their service contract. It's a good deal and affords you discounted rates if you need more services through the year. Absolutely would recommend.
