Kade Novak and Moises Preciado, install technicians, were fast, professional, and personable. Could have gone with another company. We made the right choice.

Keenan is a top notch employee of central air, heating , cooling and plumbing. As an older person, change is hard to adjust to. Keenan spent the extra time to make sure that I understood how to use my ac and heating thermostat. I am comfortable now to use the equipment properly and make adjustments to the thermostat if needed. He made screen shots to help me as well. Chris did a great job of following up with our first warranty inspection. He's friendly and knowledgable. I found it easy to ask questions and get answers that made sense. He provided info re: options for our system w/o being pushing. He had no complaints about going into the crawl space and he even helped me put furniture back that I moved so he could do the inspection. It's not easy to find such great service!

As part of my annual maintenance plan, Jake Sanders showed up prepared for my first service of 2026 on my A/C unit. He took his time going through his extensive checklist. He was able to identify a few preventative opportunities to help prolong the life of my HVAC and A/C unit. He gave me a breakdown of the items in the order of importance while considering the financial impact.

Nick came and completed our maintenance. We were having an issue with our thermostat shutting off randomly and he helped us rule out the issues and reset. I love how I get notified from Central Air letting me know who is coming out and when they will arrive. Makes me feel safe.

He was extremely courteous and helpful, showed us how to use our ecobee thermostat which we had no idea how to use, we were going to purchase one from your company and have it installed but he suggested we wait to see if we could get the access code from the previous owner which we did get which saved us the cost of having a new one installed, seems like a wonderful person I hope we are lucky enough to have him come back to service the A/C ,you have a great employee we are completely satisfied with your company and won't hesitate to call you again for our heating cooling and plumbing needs

Noel was very knowledgable and thorough servicing our Trane HVAC system. He answered my many questions and set me up for an estimate to run a new gas line to a generator. Based on my experience, I joined the membership program which was very reasonable for routine annual service plus discounts on additional services. It was a very positive experience.

The communication is very good! Rick sent a text (with his photo) letting me know his arrival time, came in a well signed van and presented me with his business card upon arrival. I appreciate this level of identification as a safety measure. His inspection was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I felt he is honest, sincere and detail oriented. Definitely would recommend!
