When our gas furnace did not come on as scheduled this morning and the thermostat displayed an urgent notification, we contacted Central Air. Chris responded promptly and checked out the furnace thoroughly. Fortunately he found no issue and the furnace did start. He did a great job communicating with me, and he was very professional. We can always depend on Central Air for great customer service.

Been using central air for a few years now, they’re always super knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Also highly responsive in emergencies and I really appreciated that when I had mold growing in my ac unit! They always answer my questions and aren’t pushy when it comes to upgrades. Kenny, Tim, and Alex have been the technicians who have helped me in the last couple years and i appreciate their honesty, patience and kindliness to me since I don’t really understand hvac too much. Would recommend!

These folks are always great. Scheduling my annual checkup appointment was quick and easy. There was good communication about when my tech would arrive. Seth was friendly, professional, and thorough, explaining everything when he was done. If you get a chance, sign up for their service contract. It's a good deal and affords you discounted rates if you need more services through the year. Absolutely would recommend.

Michael from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing visited with us today, and did a fantastic job of cleaning and maintaining our natural gas fireplace 🔥 and furnace. He is a very kind and personable young man who did a very thorough and professional job of cleaning the fireplace and explained how it would function for maximum performance during the winter months. Next, Michael went on to perform a variety of diagnostic tests to determine how well the furnace was functioning. I appreciated the care and patience he took to explain to me the intricacies of how the furnace worked, and what I needed to do to switch out the filters to ensure that the furnace would work properly over the winter months ahead. Thank you, Michael, for helping us with all of our heating needs. It was greatly appreciated by us, and we'll look forward to seeing you again next year for all of our furnace and fireplace needs!

We were so impressed with the thoroughness and time Rich spent inspecting our furnace. He carefully and clearly explained what he saw and shared photos to help us understand the problems he diagnosed.

Personable and hard working

Rich and Jeff were great. They we're kind, professional and through in the inspection. (The inspection was the cheapest I could find too.) Honest and upfront about costs and offered a couple different options in repair or replacement, all reasonable prices for the type of work we need done. We will definitely be going with them for whatever we decide here.

Michael was our technician. Was easy to work with and had a chill atmosphere. We are members of their plan where they come out regularly and check our system and are very happy with it.

I appreciate these guys. They know what they’re doing, and are good at explaining things to me. I am on their maintenance plan which I recommend. (They fixed a drainage issue that stopped my air conditioning. In addition, I had a loud noise in my furnace that required a replacement part.)

(he even reset my nest thermostat after getting a new phone)... if he was the rep I deal with every time I would be happy... that being said I have never had a bad experience with any of your guys

I have always been pleased with Central Air when they have come to my home. Today I took advantage of a free home inspection.Cody Vance arrived on time inspected the water lines no drips were found except noticed that there was no turn off valve on the waterline t the fridge. and corrected the issue.

Chris came for a maintenance check on our heater. He was excellent, quick and efficient. He was very thorough in his report, and clear on next steps. Highly recommend!

Jake helped us out again with our mini split insulation and surge protection. Quick and efficient!

We've had Rick from Central Air out twice now. The first time was during a heatwave this past summer when our A/C went out. Their dispatch was able to get someone out the very same morning I called, which was a pleasant surprise. My friends and neighbors often have to wait up to a few days to get someone out during a major weather event. Anyway, their technician Rick Schwarz was able to resolve the problem and we were up and running again!
Since I was quite pleased with their service and Rick's ability, I signed up for a maintenance contract where they come out twice a year, at the beginning of heating season and again at the start of cooling season. I just had the heating service done and when Rick came by I told him that I had smelled natural gas near the furnace. He was able to resolve the gas leak during the service call at no extra charge, which was much appreciated as a recent retiree. So in short, I can recommend this company without reservation!

I’m very pleased with the way Central Air notifies me to schedule my home biannual HVAC maintenance and provides details about the service technician who will be performing the service. The technician, Tim, arrived on time and fully explained what work he was going to perform in a friendly and thorough manner. I was happy that Tim was performing the maintenance because he was part of the installation team that replaced my old equipment and so was familiar
with where everything was and I felt that I could trust him and felt safe. He quickly did his work while being careful to wear booties to protect my floors and carpet. I have always received great service from Tim and Central Air and would recommend them.

Great service! Replaced a busted water heater same day I called about it. Cody did a beautiful job with the piping.

Jake did an amazing job inspecting our current unit and performing annual maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and gave us recommendations on how to keep our furnace in good shape throughout the year.

We could not have been happier with our service. Jake went above and beyond to answer our questions and did a very thorough inspection of our furnace. He gave us peace of mind and even suggested a few things to extend the life of our system. Even our pup, Archie, was obsessed with Jake. Thank you so much!
