He was extremely courteous and helpful, showed us how to use our ecobee thermostat which we had no idea how to use, we were going to purchase one from your company and have it installed but he suggested we wait to see if we could get the access code from the previous owner which we did get which saved us the cost of having a new one installed, seems like a wonderful person I hope we are lucky enough to have him come back to service the A/C ,you have a great employee we are completely satisfied with your company and won't hesitate to call you again for our heating cooling and plumbing needs

Rick sent a text (with his photo) letting me know his arrival time, came in a well signed van and presented me with his business card upon arrival. I appreciate this level of identification as a safety measure. His inspection was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I felt he is honest, sincere and detail oriented. Definitely would recommend!

Chris was great at walking my wife and I threw our options for replacing our broken thermostat and troubleshooting our heat pump issues. He was also very accommodating with having to make multiple trips and was respectful of our schedules. And he was great with our dog :) five stars for sure!

We had a great experience with the the service tech, Tim, who came out to service our HVAC equipment. He was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that made sense. He was thorough, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We’re very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to anyone needing HVAC/Plumbing maintenance or repairs.

Kellan did a great job on identifying the ptoblem and repairing our furnace. He replaced the condensation unit and sent me photos of the unit. He checked on the warranty of the unit, too.

Jake Sanders, our technician, recently came out and performed a routine inspection and servicing of our fireplace. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I really appreciated his willingness to answer any questions I had and that he even took the time to call the last technician that had serviced our unit when I had a question that wasn’t addressed in the notes from the last visit. Every technician that has come out to service our heating and cooling equipment has been top notch, and Jake was no exception. I highly recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for all of your HVAC needs!

Rich from Central Air was the best person to come today! Reviewing my cooling system, he easily updated settings, made a repair on a poorly installed (by another company) filter insert and reassured me all is well. Additionally, he found issues with the water heater and arranged for a plumber to come and remedy the problem. Purchasing the annual service check from Central Air was the best thing I’ve done since purchasing my home and I’m happy to know I’m in good hands. Colleen Carroll, Milwaukie

The technician was wonderful. He even took off his shoes when he entered the house so it’s not to bring in dirt and grind. His attention to detail and fixing our water heater was excellent. He even took the time to educate me as well.

Kellan provided a comprehensive and informative hvac inspection. He is was great at explaining the concepts in a way that have helped us protect our system for the long-term.

I got 3 estimates for replacing my very old furnace and AC. The first company was way overpriced for a low-tier furnace and didn’t even mention a heat pump option.
Then Jeff from Central Air came and I felt so relieved afterwords. I was pretty sure I was going with them. The 3rd company that came and gave an estimate was much better than the first, but Central Air still beat them on the price of product, knowing their trade and communicating that well, and not upselling me for what I needed. I appreciated that.
Alexander and his co-worker did a great job installing the furnace and heat pump. I’m a wood worker and I appreciated their detail and communication. Professional and hard working guys.
It’s been 3 days now and it runs perfectly and pretty happy about it.

Heater was up and running quickly, but Kenny made sure the whole system was running smoothly (he didn’t just slap a bandaid on). I’m so glad I found an honest and thorough company. Highly recommend!

Chris came today and serviced our ancient furnace. He was enthusiastic about the company he worked for and the job that he clearly enjoys doing every day. I hope to see Chris again the next time we have heating or air-conditioning services that need to be done.

I had never been so impressed with an HVAC technician as I was with Tim Newville from Central Air, Heating, and Cooling. Tim knows everything about HVAC systems and diligently takes his time to do everything right, always educating the homeowner on their options, costs, and pros/cons. Tim and Central Air have earned my business for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rich Valdez was awesome! Very thorough, informative and personable. We weren't prepared for his visit (our fault) and he was very patient rolling with the punches of the chaos of getting kids to school. He made maintenance recommendations that made sense with how he explained our system but never seemed pushy or like he was over-selling. Bonus points for remembering being at our house over the summer working on our a/c! He was fabtastic!!

Jake was my service tech today and he came prepared! Told me everything i needed to know about my furnace system and how to improve it and maintain it. Couldnt be more impressed! He helped me out with a plumber who could service my water heater as well! 10/10 experience.

Cody came out to do some plumbing for me and I have to say it was the best plumbing experience I've had. He's very thorough, professional and informative. He took care of my primary issue in a jiffy and made sure it was working properly. He advised me of a recommended flush to my hot water heater and explained why he recommended it. Anyway he easily gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s. I'll definitely hire him again when I need a plumber.

Kenny came out and serviced two of our furnaces and did a fantastic job. 5 star service from Kenny.

Installed a new furnace in my home but in the process I discovered the technician broke the bar that held in the air filter so that the filter blows back. The filter held in place prior to the install. Now waiting for a call back from them.
