The technician Noel did a great job carefully identifying the causes of the problem and explaining everything clearly. The office contacted me ahead of time about the repair appointment, which made it very convenient for me to prepare.

ONCE AGAIN!!Rick exuded extraordinary customer service! Was neat, clean, polite and professional. Remained onsite after inspection to review and make recommendations . Rick answered all of questions and made sure I understood the details of the work done. I recommend Rick and Central Air for all your heating and cooling needs!

Tim and Mark were helpful very professional and personable. Mark was training so, it did take longer than normal - especially with paperwork. I think the only critique I have is it would have been nice to be aware beforehand of how much longer the appointment would have been. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my service.

Jake did a great job!

It was very easy and quick to book an appointment - my HVAC issue wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it addressed within a couple days. I went to their website and provided the details, and the next morning they called and gave me a time window when the tech could arrive. Communication was great by text and phone call, from both their office and the tech himself. They diagnosed the problem quickly but he didn't have the required part with him; however, he returned the next day and my system was once again providing heat. He also reviewed the entire system and noted a few issues that I could address at some point, but were not critical. Central Air was professional in every way and I really enjoyed working with them, and appreciated the quality work they did for me.

Noel did a great job checking our heating system. He was thorough and explained to us that our system is working well.

Joel did a whole house plumbing inspection. He looked at every fixture and plumbing system we have. His detailed knowledge of every aspect of our plumbing was remarkable. He identified some potential drainage issues and possible fixes after crawling through our crawlspace beneath the house. He also measured a problematic chlorine level, which I later found out was known for the Tualatin Valley Water District. In addition, he is also very familiar with our Navien tankless water heater and noticed that whoever had installed the system (several years ago) did not enable the recirc system it was designed for. He made a couple of dip switch changes, and now we have quick hot water everywhere in the house. Many thanks to Joel for enabling a useful feature we (and previous owners) didn't know our system had! It was a free inspection service offered by Central Air for customers on contract with them. It was a great experience, and I strongly recommend Joel and Central Air Heating for HVAC and plumbing services.
