Michael was at our house to perform a maintenance service on our HVAC system, today, and was as professional and pleasant as could be. This was our second encounter with him, and we have been very happy with his service and explanations of everything, both times.
The pilot light on our gas fireplace would not ignite like it usually does, when we tried to turn it back on for season, so we assumed a part must have expired. The appointment, today, was also to include a diagnosis and repair of whatever the issue was with the fireplace. Michael looked at it and was able to get the pilot light to engage, so he didn’t charge us to look at it. My husband is legally blind, but he has never had trouble getting the pilot light back on in the 27 years that we’ve lived here. Michael got down on the floor, next to my husband, explaining everything he would need to feel if the problem ever happened again. It was really kind, and I appreciated his sensitivity to my husband’s dignity. Even our daughter’s cat, who is staying with us temporarily and is normally very skiddish, knew he was a good guy and walked up to him.
We are also very happy with Central Air, as a company. The office staff has always been courteous and professional. We are glad that we chose them for our HVAC/AC maintenance plan needs. If you’re looking to switch from the othe”R” company 😉😉 that overcharges for everything and tries to upsell every time they talk to you, you will not be sorry to choose Central Air for your heating/cooling/plumbing needs. We’ve been very happy that we made the switch.
