So far all of the service people have been awesome. Brandon and Brett are great! And I trust the business. They have knowledgeable people and the office is great.
Just had dryer installation issue and Darian came out and resolved the gas problem right away plus looked at a few other plumbing to double check.

Jon did a fantastic job servicing my gas fireplace. I've had a difficult time finding a company that was willing to do it and Central Air and Heating did a great job.

Chris Merkle completed a thorough and informative service of our systems and we would like to have him back in the spring.

If you're looking for great people to work on your water lines or water heaters, look no further. We had Darian and Cody V. help us and they were amazing. Thought it would take them multiple days but they did it all in one. Very clear communication and very helpful throughout the process. Would recommend and will be using them again.

Chris was great he explained everything thoroughly showed how our system works and what was wrong and options on how to fix it great service was patient let us talk on how to move forward with repairs and prices. All around experience was amazing!!

My 1st appt was cancelled because the technician found problems that took much longer than expected but the dispatcher texted me to let me know and reschedule. Keenan texted me he was on the way, attaching a picture so I knew he was the real deal. He was quiet, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he found and gave me a detailed description in writing, with estimate for heat exchange replacement in addition to making an appt for a furnace replacement specialist to come at my convenience the same day. I could not have asked for a better experience. Keenan is a keeper!

If there were a TV commercial portraying the perfect service person in demeanor presentation and process... they couldn't do better than my experience with Michael. He gets a 15 out of 10!

We have used Central Air to take care of our aging heat pump/HVAC for several years now. Consistently, we have received highly competent, honest, and friendly service at reasonable prices. Our heat pump is still going strong in both summer and winter, in no small part thanks to the regular maintenance and a few small fixes by Central Air over time.

The most recent semi-annual visit was from Seth, who was just terrific-- he really knew his stuff and was genuine and kind. He also talked through with us the pros and cons of a few parts replacement options going forward, but without any hard sell, which we really appreciated. This is the kind of integrity and consistency from a company's team that keeps customers coming back year after year.

Michael did a safety inspection and cleaning of our two gas fireplaces. He was knowledgeable, thorough and considerate. I would definitely use him again

There were some issues with scheduling delays but they were resolved to meet my needs. Service work was proficient, friendly and did what needed to be done. As a customer I would use them again. I have been a customer for several years.

Quick shout out to our Service Technician, Cody. Whom we started working with back in April for all our plumbing, system installation and system maintenance needs.

Cody works well under pressure in emergency situations while maintaining professionalism and understanding in unique, what seem like “Reality TV Show” chaos-ness of household settings. Including watchful, curious, over helpful small children wanting to pay for Cody’s services directly with money from their piggy bank, messy teenagers, to pets that mimic conversations and laugh at random as he genuinely explains with seriousness the service plan of action and entailed costs.

Cody thinks outside of the box to resolve the service issue while being mindful of costs and saving money for his clients. He is reliable, keeps great communication at all times, is punctual and tidy at every service call.

Had an excellent experience with Central Air! During the first heatwave of the summer my smart thermostat told me my house was getting hotter (while we were out for the day) but our house was cooling. Turns out the compressor blew and the unit was past its prime and needed to go, so I did my due diligence on types of HVAC units, costs, etc. after meeting with vendors I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, kindness, expertise and flexibility provided by Rolf and team at Central Air. During the process and scoping, we went through options and they went over the top and was able to send out a plumber for inspection, and came to find out the water cooler was 19 years old (but we thought it was 10). Cody from the plumbing side provided exceptional guidance on care of units, pipes, and options for the installation (the pictures speak for themselves).

Rick was great and very nice to work with. Gave good suggestions and got our furnace working again.

Yesterday we had our furnace tuned up, that worked great. Rick was on time and did a fine job. I would expect nothing less, as Central Air Heading, Cooling & Plumbing has always done fantastic work.

Michael Vaughn did an outstanding job

In addition to HVAC maintenance John also cleaned and adjusted the fireplace for the first time. The screen and the glass were dingy I discovered and now flames appear much brighter and the glass sparkles. He also removed his shoes when he came inside which I appreciate. Wonderful service.

Today Tim came out to service my Heater. Its great having this service knowing that I don't have to keep track of how often and when they service my lawn, it's just done twice a year. Tim was great at explaining everything to me. He did a wonderful job taking care of my heater . Everyone does an excellent job at helping me when I have a question. I'm so glad I purchased my heater, AC unit, and my water heater with Brooks. I've been very happy with their service.

Tim Newville was fantastic. He was thorough and explained everything so that I could understand my new furnace better. I was grateful for his knowledge and skills. He made adjustments to keep my equipment running efficiently. I’ve used Central Air services for many years at a prior home and transferred the service to a new residence. Their maintenance program is a good value. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this company and will ask for Tim in particular. The service was top notch!

Rich Valdez was the technician that came to provide maintance on our furnace. Rich was a service person that had all the qualities a person could hope for-courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and clear speaking. I am a 77yearold grumpy old man, a technician’s nightmare: somewhat distrustful of service people, lots of questions, worried about getting cheated or taken advantage of, and sure he could of fixed it himself! Rich was the perfect technician for a person like me: Rich quietly proceeded to explain to me how he would approach the maintaince and review of the condition of the furnace. He was clear and generous in his explanation and showed me what he was doing. He offered alternatives and made suggestions to reduce the likelihood of any future problems ocurring.
Not only did Rich do a thorough maintainance of our furnace but he renewed my faith in Central Air and renewed my faith in quality service Technicians like Rich. Thank you!

Super good company to do business with. Chris Merkle came over for a biannual inspection and found a problem with our heat pump. It was a tricky issue but with expert troubleshooting he was able to identify and fix the problem. With very friendly and highly competent service, Chris took the time to explain things clearly to me. I'd highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs. On top of that you should spring for the $15 monthly fee to get twice yearly inspections, discounts and priority service. It's well worth it for the peace of mind. Three Thumbs Up!

Michael Vaughn came out today to do my regularly scheduled furnace inspection. As has every other Central Air technician who has come to my house, he was friendly, polite, protective of my floors, and tidy. Going into my attic always results in loose bits of insulation falling onto the floor; every Central Air technician has thoroughly vacuumed it all up. I always feel more secure after their visits!

This was our first time using Central Air for a furnace tuneup. I was told on the phone that the tech would explain their membership program at the appointment, but there would be no obligation. Truthfully I wasn't looking forward to that. But I needed the tuneup.

Rich came out and was very thorough. We got to see pictures of the inside of our furnace and before & afters. He said our furnace was in good shape for its age and recommended one item for cleaning. He did tell me about the membership program, and just like the lady said, it was truly a no pressure situation. But I signed up for it anyway because it is a great deal.

I am very happy with the service I received!

Chris was very professional and thorough in the annual heating service at our vacation house in Welches. He updated me on an issue and provided options to address and resolve the issue. Thanks Chris.

Our furnace stopped heating two days after we had gotten the semiannual hvac check ( at which time the furnace was working). We called Central Air on Saturday and Seth came over to check it out. He was very meticulous in diagnosing the issue and after some time figured out that it was a faulty pressure switch. He then temporarily fixed the issue so that we would have heat and arranged for a new replacement part to be ordered and installed by next week. We are very pleased with Seth’s friendly and communicative nature as well as his experience in such matters!! Seth is wonderful person and very helpful; a really hard worker and knowledgeable!
