I just had Rick from Central Air Heating and Cooling come to my house to service my heating and air conditioning this morning. He was here a few hours and did an amazingly thorough job on both units. He explained very clearly his findings, what I should be aware of, and recommended what I should do in the future to potentially save money and get the longest life possible out of the equipment. I will definitely call Central Air again.

Very thorough- showed compassion

Tim was right on time to do an annual AC check-up. Very detailed, really took his time and checked out everything. He did a great job explaining how my AC was running then made a few suggestions for improvement. Very kind and knowledgeable, great at communicating.

Jake was very thorough and friendly and helped explain the different possibilities for what was making our AC not work. He ran diagnostics and cleaned filters and then identified that there may be a leak, explaining the process of testing for this. Added refrigerant in the meantime because ours was low and for now our AC is back up and running. Thanks Jake!

I highly recommend Central Air Heating and Cooling! Our A/C stopped working right during a 80–90 degree heatwave, but they were able to come out the very next day. Our technician, Noel, was fantastic. He was professional, explained exactly what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, and had the system running again in just a couple of hours because he had the right parts right on his truck. Excellent service when we needed it most!

Chris is absolutely great found our problem in about 20 minutes repaired and air again. We been using them for 15 year. This company just is fantastic you need to call them. Thank you so much Chris for the great service.

Chris did an excellent job diagnosing my AC unit and applied the appropriate solution. We asked him about one of our vents having an issue with our pet's urine, and he went to the crawl space to examine the condition and gave us a recommendation. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. I would definitely use Chris, or Central Air, again. Besides, we ended up signing up for membership so we get regular maintenance services from CA.

Nick was great. Diagnosed my air conditioning problem in minutes. I was impressed by him so I decoded to sign up for the yearly maintenance. He explained my problem thoroughly and explained how the maintenance program works. He's a credit to Central Air.

We got a new furnace from Central Air last fall. Our old one was original to the house and would have needed a fair amount of work to clean it up and keep it running as long as possible. Given that our furnace is used for our AC system as well (and gets a lot of use), it just made more sense to replace it rather than invest in significant repairs to a 20+ year old unit. The new furnace has been running great, but we wanted to schedule a tune up/inspection this year just to ensure everything still looked good as we head into winter. Brett recently came out and gave our furnace a thorough inspection. I appreciated his timeliness, clear communication and professionalism. While there were a couple recommendations he had for our system, he was not pushy about it at all and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. In fact, I’ve been very impressed in all my dealings with this company so far. I would definitely recommend considering Central Air for any HVAC needs you might have. Edited to add, 6/12/26: Rick came out to service our AC recently. Our unit is 7 years old and he noticed its amperage on startup exceeded the manufacturers specs. (This can drastically shorten the life of the compressor). He recommended a hard-start kit to fix this, which we just had installed today. During both visits (the servicing and repair), I was very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. He was very nice, personable, and explained things well. I so appreciate his expertise and assistance in keeping our AC running strong during these summer months! In fact, I haven’t had a technician yet from Central Air who I haven’t been super pleased with. I can’t recommend them enough for all your HVAC needs!

We received a new gas furnace and a heat pump so we will have dual types of heat and we're very very pleased with the installation and the two young men, Cash and Kade who did the install. They were very efficient and extremely knowledgeable and showed us how to do everything including getting us hooked up to the thermostat on our cell phones.

I really appreciate Central Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. The technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel like they are always honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done. Chris was the technician that did the bi-annual check up on my furnace today. His customer service was top notch and he gave me great advice.

Chris was efficient in performing the annual maintenance check for my AC. While doing that he found a water leak that turned out to be from a cracked heat exchanger.

Michael was punctual and very thorough in his assessment of our furnace and air conditioning unit. Explained everything and shared photos of what needs to be repaired. Gave us quotes to repair items and scheduled someone to come out to give us quotes on other options
