Michael Vaughn, from Central Air, showed up on time and performed annual inspection & cleaning on our furnace today. Afterwards he thoroughly explained the various systems conditions, with videos and photos. He explained solutions available for the problems he found. Michael took the extra step of showing me the inside of the electronic filter area and explaining how it works. Great job!

Rick, my service tech, Michelle and Shannon in the office are the best of the best. Each goes above and beyond to exceed expectations of timeliness, knowledge, and helpfulness. I manage an office building in Hillsboro that is over 32,000 sqft. So, getting our systems serviced at a price that meets budget is important. Central always hits the mark, and it helps that the staff are so likeable.

We just received fantastic service from Cody! Our hot water cylinder 'popped' on Monday. (Cold showers all around!) On Tuesday morning - before 8! - Cody was at our door & ready to replace our old water tank with a new tankless water heater. He worked assiduously to remove the old stuff & get us back to warm water joy. By 1530 he was done & EVERYONE in the house was smiling & singing Cody's praises. He was very professional & informative & helpful & made the process completely painless. Cheers Central Air! Cheers Cody!!

Tim at Central Air arrived quickly and did a very thorough evaluation and explained all of our options and answered all of our questions.

Chris and the gentleman he was working with maybe training was wonderful. They took their time to describe what they were doing and it was very educational. Chris was very friendly and respectful of our home. I think our dogs are in love with him. We felt very safe in our home with them here, and relieved that they took care of the problem so quickly and efficiently. Chris left details and instructions for the future and we will definitely sign up for the program he suggested. We would love to request him in the future for services needed.

Chris did a good job, so did Travis. They were so polite and courteous. It’s so nice knowing that I was not taking advantage of will call again.

Noel was great! He explained how the service plan worked and how to use it appropriately. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time working on things. Overall it was a very good experience!

Ryan was polite, prompt, meticulous, and straightforward. Didn’t try to upsell any products which was appreciated.

Jake was great to work with. He explained everything well. We have continued to have very positive experiences working with Cebtral Air!

Rick was just here and he did an excellent maint. Check on our old system. He have me a detailed list of options to keep it going for tears longer.

We had Rick out today for our cooling maintenance, he did a very thorough evaluation and cleaning of my system. He had a smile throughout the whole service and some good jokes. He did great explaining some minor issues he came across and possible solutions to those issues. I look forward to the next visit for my heating maintenance.

Chris performed a thorough inspection of my air conditioning system and explained any potential future repairs or maintenance that may need to be done.

Noel was professional, arrived on time & answered all questions to my satisfaction.

Noel SAVED THE DAY and helped rescue our cat! We woke up in the morning and heard our cat meowing from under the house. Our cat pulled up a floor vent and crawled in the ductwork. We called Central Air Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing and Noel was able to come to the house within an hour. He helped keep us calm and find the spot where she was in the ductwork and get her out. He was patient (waiting for the cat to be coaxed out) and respectful (taking his shoes off on our new carpet). 10/10!! Highly recommend calling them if you have a pet emergency!

Central Air has been great to work with. They installed and continue to maintain our heating and cooling systems with professional service and communication.
