Kenny was great. He did a full inspection and maintenance on our heat pump and condenser including cleaning out all the pine needles from the condenser. He deserves an A++++++++++++

Michael was able to quickly assess the issue with my fireplace switch not igniting and fixed the wiring and the gas flue. He also made sure that the fireplace place unit was operating safely, which I appreciated very much. He was very courteous, showed up on time and made sure that he left the fireplace space cleaner than when he arrived.

Cody Vance pulled out all the stops to get our busted water heater back up and running, even working on his day off, calling all the part shops around town and driving to Vancouver and back to get the needed part. Thanks Vance and team! You’ve earned our loyalty. BTW, our new Heat Pump you installed a few months ago is working like a charm, so thanks to that team as well!

Our technical today was Chris M. He conducted our annual heating system maintenance.
He did a fantastic job of explaining how the system was running and what parts we might need to replace in the future (including an estimate of cost). We are very happy with the service of Central Air Heating.

Cody came out to do some plumbing for me and I have to say it was the best plumbing experience I've had. He's very thorough, professional and informative. He took care of my primary issue in a jiffy and made sure it was working properly. He advised me of a recommended flush to my hot water heater and explained why he recommended it. Anyway he easily gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s. I'll definitely hire him again when I need a plumber.

Kenny came out and serviced two of our furnaces and did a fantastic job. 5 star service from Kenny.

Installed a new furnace in my home but in the process I discovered the technician broke the bar that held in the air filter so that the filter blows back. The filter held in place prior to the install. Now waiting for a call back from them.

Cody provided prompt and thorough service and repair.
Very courteous and professional.

Tim Neville came out today to correct a loose gas line valve on my heater (previously identified by NW Natural.) He found the leak, checked all other connections, and tightened everything down again. As has every other Central Air technician who has come to my house, he was friendly, polite, protective of my floors, and tidy. Going into my attic always results in loose bits of insulation falling onto the floor; every Central Air technician has thoroughly vacuumed it all up. I always feel more secure after their visits!

Our furnace gave up on Christmas Day. What I call our Christmas miracle is that a new furnace was installed within 24 hours after calling Central Air. Amazing service, amazing consideration for their customers.

My positive experience with Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was all thanks to their technician, Kenny. From start to finish, this diagnostic appointment was exceptional, even though the result is not what I had hoped for.

Throughout the process, he was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Kenny was incredibly respectful and thoughtful, and spent nearly the entire day at my house carefully diagnosing the issue. He looked at the entire system in my house (which is more complicated because it's a multi-family home), not just a single appliance. But what truly stood out was his integrity. Kenny made it very clear that his goal was to fix the problem with my existing unit—not to push for me to spend a lot of money. He exhaustively tried to diagnose and resolve the issue, and when it became clear that a larger replacement/overhaul of the system was in order, he took the time to explain exactly why the next course of action was so important, what it meant for safety and long-term reliability, and what my options were. He answered all of my technical questions clearly and in a way that I could understand. He also took extra precautions to ensure that the home will remain safe and healthy to inhabit until my appliances can be replaced.

And despite the amount of time and effort he put in, Kenny only charged us the standard diagnostic fee.

Tomorrow, their project manager is coming to give me quotes for replacing a few appliances. No matter what happens next, I feel fully informed and confident in my understanding of the situation entirely because of Kenny’s thorough explanation and care. I will not hesitate to call him again and recommend him to anyone who asks.

Unlike other companies that may push opaque services and “just because” maintenance schedules, Central Air technicians have always treated me like an adult explaining WHY services are recommended and the possible risks of deferring, then let me make a decision with all the facts.
I sleep better knowing Central Air is inspecting our heating and A/C system twice a year.

Chris and Kellan did a great job. They were so thorough in cleaning our furnace, assessing enhanced safety ideas and also noticing a problem with our water heater. They provided clear and concise info that was easy to understand.

We called Central Air to come look at our HAVC that stopped blowing heat. They were able to come out within a couple hours and had it up and running in an hour after some quick maintenance. Rick was friendly and professional during the whole visit. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them in the future…highly recommend!

Had Rick out today to do a heating maintenance on my airhandler and heat pump, he did a wonderful job, was very polite and courteous and had a treat for my dogs, he keeped me in the loop during the whole process, I will definitely have him back out for future maintenance on my system and will recommend him to others

Cody was able to come out on very short notice to help with a plumbing/shower issue that was more than I bargained for. He helped me fix the problem and did an additional check up on several other plumbing areas on the property. Highly recommended!

He gave advice on how to avoid the sink tragedy in the future. A really personable Technician who knows his stuff. It was very comfortable to have him in our home and I can highly recommend both Cody and Central Air.

Rich was thorough and very informative about the maintenance he did on our furnace. He explained things clearly and made sure we understood the issues our aging furnace was headed towards. There was no pressure applied to get them fixed now but left it up to use to decide when we would have those repairs done. FYI-The Central Air membership program we signed up for provides us with two free HVAC maintenance appointments per year plus a membership reduction on the cost of any repair work that needs to be done.

Jake the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Exceptional customer service delivery, it’s alway a pleasure to see familiar faces providing ongoing services.
