Central Air has kept my primary home and rental HVAC in great shape for the last 15 years. I replaced my system and added A/C one year ago and we’ve been so comfortable. Jake performed our service this fall, and he is professional, efficient, and expertly answered all of my questions.

Michael diagnosed my fireplace issues and found the problem, saving me hundreds of dollars vs the diagnose I received from one of their competitors. Michael and Jody are amazing representatives of Central Air. Very honest, very responsive and great customer service!

Rich was courteous, super thorough, and humbly presented both what he had done and what he found during the inspection that needed to be considered for repair. Both guys were fantastic. One serviced my gas fireplace which looks and runs much better and the other one found my furnace to be two stage, it was only set to single. What a great experience from a team who cares about the customer.

We received our furnace maintenance and once again had a good experience with Central Air Heating & Cooling. Todd was great and made sure our garage was closed when he left and was careful not to let the cat out which I really appreciate!!!

John, from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was fantastic! I had another company stop by the week prior. They told me I needed to get a new unit. John came in and was very friendly and professional. He pulled everything out of the fireplace and inspected it. He discovered a spider was clogging the gas line. He took care of everything and gave the unit a tuneup. My wife and kids will be so pleased to be able to read by the fireplace this evening. I am a huge fan of John and Central Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

We had mini splits installed four years ago, and we also purchased the maintenance package. Tim was our service tech today, and he cleaned our units and made sure they're working properly. I highly recommend Tim from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing!

Michael was at our house to perform a maintenance service on our HVAC system, today, and was as professional and pleasant as could be. This was our second encounter with him, and we have been very happy with his service and explanations of everything, both times.

The pilot light on our gas fireplace would not ignite like it usually does, when we tried to turn it back on for season, so we assumed a part must have expired. The appointment, today, was also to include a diagnosis and repair of whatever the issue was with the fireplace. Michael looked at it and was able to get the pilot light to engage, so he didn’t charge us to look at it. My husband is legally blind, but he has never had trouble getting the pilot light back on in the 27 years that we’ve lived here. Michael got down on the floor, next to my husband, explaining everything he would need to feel if the problem ever happened again. It was really kind, and I appreciated his sensitivity to my husband’s dignity. Even our daughter’s cat, who is staying with us temporarily and is normally very skiddish, knew he was a good guy and walked up to him.

We are also very happy with Central Air, as a company. The office staff has always been courteous and professional. We are glad that we chose them for our HVAC/AC maintenance plan needs. If you’re looking to switch from the othe”R” company 😉😉 that overcharges for everything and tries to upsell every time they talk to you, you will not be sorry to choose Central Air for your heating/cooling/plumbing needs. We’ve been very happy that we made the switch.

Cody is the best! I can’t say enough good things about his plumbing knowledge, attention to detail, and overall care about his craft and customers. Cody literally sat down with me and answered a list of questions I made before he arrived. He then checked the rest of our home and gave a full report of its health. It is obvious how much he enjoys helping customers with their plumbing needs. And of course, he gave our pup Archie lots of love, which makes him a 10/10 in our eyes!

Rick was excellent! Fixed up our furnace that had stopped working, and tested it thoroughly to make sure we are safe from risks of carbon monoxide and gas, which had us concerned since our furnace is from 1949!

Cody was great to work with. He repaired our shower back to new.

Central air came back out for the winter tuneup on our furnace. Our service technician Tim was very efficient. He explained everything as he was doing it. He discovered a water leak and quickly told us about it. He then went on to find out what was causing it and corrected it right away. We have a yearly contract with them and they come out in the spring and winter to tune up the AC and furnace and since this was our last tune up we most definitely signed up again for next year. It gives us peace of mind knowing that they come out twice a year to check on the equipment and make sure it's in good running condition. When they call next spring to set up the service I will definitely request Tim again as our service technician. Highly recommend central air and service technician Tim.

Excellent service from Rich. He came when scheduled. Communication was great. He was pleasant. And he got my system working again. Appreciated his knowledge. My furnace is in a difficult place too, and I appreciate his effort in getting in there and making things work.

Chris and Todd inspected our furnace and AC without charge as we are on a maintenance program. They were exceptionally courteous and, given that I don’t know much about furnaces, I was impressed with their thoroughness and diligence, especially in explaining what they found. Above all, I appreciated being neither upsold nor condescended to. Thanks, guys!

Central Air Heating and Cooling performed our semi-annual heating system check up yesterday. Our technician was Rick , Schwarz and he was a top-notch servicer. He was on time, very professional and personable. He performed all parts of the service, gave us photos, an estimate for what needed work and was so friendly. He even gave our dogs treats and love. What a great technician and company. Prices were great and within our means. I will definitely use them again!!

Central Air is absolutely the best. They care about people. Tim Newville has been out to our home 1 time in the past and came yesterday for our semi-yearly maintenance. He asked us about our pup (whom passed away in August). The fact that he remembered we had a dog when only being to our home 1 time over a year ago meant so much. It shows care and commitment to their customers. The work they do is exceptional - they stand behind it. I will never use another company. Central Air has a customer for life. Thank you!

Informed me on information about what I may want to consider doing and prices. He also let me know new membership and what that all entitles. Chris Gave me good advice

Cody was super! Very courteous and personable, which in itself rates high in my book. In addition he not only fixed my clogged drains but went the extra mile. When I mentioned other issues with my bathroom fixtures, he discussed possible options for my bathroom sinks and bathtub and looked up various supply centers to give me a ballpark idea of what costs those might incur. I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, competent service. Give him a raise!!!

I would highly reccomend Chris for any furnace issues. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, gave us some options, and proceeded to clean,service and repair our furnace quickly. Can't reccomend Chris enough.

Super friendly! Michael took off his shoes and put down a blanket to protect the hard wood floors, our animals will now be saved this winter now that our fireplace is fixed!

Kenny Buchanan performed a seasonal maintenance on my gas furnace. I have received annual tune-up several times and was always satisfied. This time I was thrilled! He not only was competent, professional and friendly but exceeded my expectations. Kenny identified and resolved a cycling issue that had been causing me anxiety. He also made some additional recommendations for future repair and protection. Kenny was absolutely perfect. I am so happy! Thank you.
