Mike and Marcus did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They worked well together. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They answered all my questions and offered some great advice on how to keep the unit running smoothly and properly. When they finished they left the area clean and also helped me move my refrigerator back to the place it was before they started to work on installing the new HVAC. I've been using Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with both the service and the price points. When our furnace and AC kicked the bucket, they quoted us an identical replacement for a few THOUSAND dollars less than their competitors, and were able to install and run new lines that same week.

I just had the annual service appointment, and Jake went above and beyond. He was both friendly and professional, and he was clear on what future services were essential vs. luxury. He also happened to get here right as my baby was taking a nap, and observed my "please knock" sign and worked quietly while at the thermostat, which is right outside baby's room. I really appreciate how courteous he was!

The service manager took the time to fully understand all of my concerns before the appointment, ensuring nothing would be missed. The dispatcher also went the extra mile to make sure the technician had the correct equipment for my specific appliances — a detail I really appreciated.

The true standout, though, was the technician Kenny. His service was nothing short of stellar. He went above and beyond — not only completing the regular maintenance with care and precision, but also addressing previous concerns thoroughly. Kenny was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything happening throughout the process and took the time to explain what I was paying for so I felt completely comfortable.

Excellent experience. Tony came out quickly on a Saturday after our furnace had been out a few hours during the night. He ordered a replacement part for us right away and didn't try to upsell us on anything. Pricing was excellent and we signed up for the annual maintenance, which includes 2 yearly cleanings and other discounts. Very happy. Wonderful customer service from the office staff as well.

Still so impressed with this company. With the annual maintenance, they contacted me to schedule my free cleaning via text (super convenient), I could see exactly when Michael would arrive (also super convenient). Michael was extremely professional and I wish I could provide another review just for him! Thanks Central Air!
