Central Air is amazing! We had a persistent problem with wiring capacity due to recent changes in the design, and they persistently attempted to rectify it in various ways. The solutions would work for awhile, and then it would happen again, usually when it got unusually hot outside. This is like taking your car to be repaired and then the problem would not occur when you tried to demonstrate to the mechanic. Yesterday, two capable technicians worked all morning to run a new wire (after spending a day researching the problem and possible solutions) and so far, it is resolved. We are hopeful! It was a team effort. 5 stars earned the hard way!

I sadly can’t make a second review. But today 8/15/25 we had Cory who installed a new water tank and he did a flawless job! He carried that bad boy up the stairs with zero issues!

Our air conditioner went out in the recent heatwave and it turns out that we needed a new furnace as well. Central Air sent Jeff out to explain our options and to provide a quote. Sean came out to replace both. Sean did an excellent job and worked from 7:30am until 5:30pm, in 100 degrees, to get us back on track! While here, I asked him about replacing a garage sink, and by mid-afternoon, Central Air was calling me to ask how they could be of service. They sent Cody out the next day and installation was completed right away! These gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Central Air.

Chris Merkle was fantastic. Very informative and cheerful. Kept me up to date during the process occurred. Found problem in a short time. Took time at the end of the day to come over after hours to fix the AC. It was 86 in house 104 outside

Chris showed up to fix our broken a/c and had it diagnosed and up in running in no time at all! He was very thorough and provided helpful explanations of the work being done. Kelsi also had great communication with us about timelines and when the tech would arrive. We are so thankful because we currently have a 4 month old that can’t put up with the high temperatures. Thanks Chris and Central Air!

Cody was super! Very courteous and personable, which in itself rates high in my book. In addition he not only fixed my clogged drains but went the extra mile. When I mentioned other issues with my bathroom fixtures, he discussed possible options for my bathroom sinks and bathtub and looked up various supply centers to give me a ballpark idea of what costs those might incur. I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, competent service. Give him a raise!!!

Seth Martins (not exactly certain about surname) , Outstanding human, Demeanor was wonderful from opening the door at his prompt arrival. Very professional, he entertained my glossing over his personal appearance and interpreting his personality all in that 1 second window that we all do this...very thorough inspection of my Lennox outdoor 4 ton unit, meticulous as I watched him, safety first of himself and his surroundings, I asked and he invited my looking over his shoulder. Confidence, we all want to see that in someone working on our valuables. Stayed very late (after 6 p.m.) more much positive things from his encounter, too many for me to keep remembering. Michael was very courteous and efficient in performing today’s semi-annual check-up of my heating and cooling system. He explained everything he was doing as well as giving his honest assessment and recommendations of possible aspects of the system that may need replacing in the future due to gradually outliving their optimal functional lifespan. He did so without resorting to any semblance whatsoever of high pressure tactics, which I greatly appreciated. The fact that he also enjoyed meeting my overly exuberant 7-month-old ever-ecstatic-to-greet-any-visitor-of-the-human-persuasion golden retriever puppies was an added plus!

Jake was excellent and explained the issue that was occurring with our AC system really well to someone who does not know how systems like this function. Highly recommend !

Chris was amazingly thorough. Checked and explained the working of our systems and made practical and super helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this service and Chris!

Chris arrived on time and was very personable and friendly. He explained what he would do. I showed him where the furnace and AC and filter are located and he went right to work. When finished he explained what was done and had three recommendations. He did excellent work.

Chris arrived, found the problem and fixed it efficiently, and explained what he was doing and why. He gave me some advice about maintaining the system and changing the filters. He even left a filter for when needed. His service was excellent, and I am entirely satisfied.

Excellent service. Cody took time to explain the work and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Great service by Rick Schwarz from Central Air. We very much appreciate how very friendly, professional and trustworthy he was. He even went above and beyond and found a few solutions to help us be more comfortable. Great energy since the dogs were very comfortable with him- which says a lot since one of my dogs is typically very anxious around strangers.

Stan is a great guy! He is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He has done work at my house a couple of times. I will ask for him personally if I need him again. Highly recommend!

From the initial call to the tech that came to our home, I can’t say enough good things! Kelsey was prompt in returning our call to schedule and empathized my sense of urgency given our AC went out and we have 6month old baby in the middle of summer. Our tech Seth was very professional, worker quickly identify the issue, and was even considerate of our sleeping baby while he was working. He fixed the issue quickly and we are so grateful to have our AC back up and running! Thank you!!

Thank you to my service tech Michael for being flexible with timing and having excellent customer service. Had my bi-annual cooling/heating service and Michael noticed my water pressure was quite high and checked it out for me and even helped me get an appointment to get it looked at further as to not cause any plumbing issues. Always great experience with Central Air and Plumbing.

Our ancient AC unit finally died. Seth did everything possible to try to revive it. He literally tried everything. His honesty and effort really stood out. Unfortunately, with some pretty gnarly burned out compressor terminals. Nothing could be done. Seth was here on a Friday afternoon and was super helpful in arranging a replacement quote visit for the very next day. I'm hopeful it will be within our budget as I have been very impressed with Central Air so far. Thanks Seth!

Kenny came out to our home for an HVAC tune-up and assessment. He was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. One of the issues we had with our suddenly large electric bill he solved almost immediately. He explained everything that was going on with our system, including the furnace and even made plumbing recommendations related to our water heater. I felt that he was really honest and trustworthy.

This was our 2nd experience with Central Air Heating and Cooling. We will continue to use this company moving forward without question.
