He was very professional and helpful in answering questions.

Chris was great at walking my wife and I threw our options for replacing our broken thermostat and troubleshooting our heat pump issues. He was also very accommodating with having to make multiple trips and was respectful of our schedules. And he was great with our dog :) five stars for sure!

Tim arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection. Great work & friendly service.

We had a great experience with the the service tech, Tim, who came out to service our HVAC equipment. He was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that made sense. He was thorough, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Kellan did a great job on identifying the ptoblem and repairing our furnace. He replaced the condensation unit and sent me photos of the unit. He checked on the warranty of the unit, too.

Jake Sanders, our technician, recently came out and performed a routine inspection and servicing of our fireplace. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I really appreciated his willingness to answer any questions I had and that he even took the time to call the last technician that had serviced our unit when I had a question that wasn’t addressed in the notes from the last visit. Every technician that has come out to service our heating and cooling equipment has been top notch, and Jake was no exception. I highly recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for all of your HVAC needs!

Kenny came out to help when my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Same-day service had no extra charge! Super friendly customer service all around. Heater was up and running quickly, but Kenny made sure the whole system was running smoothly (he didn’t just slap a bandaid on). I’m so glad I found an honest and thorough company. Highly recommend!

Chris came today and serviced our ancient furnace. He was enthusiastic about the company he worked for and the job that he clearly enjoys doing every day. I hope to see Chris again the next time we have heating or air-conditioning services that need to be done.

I had never been so impressed with an HVAC technician as I was with Tim Newville from Central Air, Heating, and Cooling. Tim knows everything about HVAC systems and diligently takes his time to do everything right, always educating the homeowner on their options, costs, and pros/cons. Tim and Central Air have earned my business for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rich Valdez was awesome! Very thorough, informative and personable. We weren't prepared for his visit (our fault) and he was very patient rolling with the punches of the chaos of getting kids to school. He made maintenance recommendations that made sense with how he explained our system but never seemed pushy or like he was over-selling. Bonus points for remembering being at our house over the summer working on our a/c! He was fabtastic!!

Jake was my service tech today and he came prepared! Told me everything i needed to know about my furnace system and how to improve it and maintain it. Couldnt be more impressed! He helped me out with a plumber who could service my water heater as well! 10/10 experience.

Cody came out to do some plumbing for me and I have to say it was the best plumbing experience I've had. He's very thorough, professional and informative. He took care of my primary issue in a jiffy and made sure it was working properly. He advised me of a recommended flush to my hot water heater and explained why he recommended it. Anyway he easily gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s. I'll definitely hire him again when I need a plumber.

Kenny came out and serviced two of our furnaces and did a fantastic job. 5 star service from Kenny.

Installed a new furnace in my home but in the process I discovered the technician broke the bar that held in the air filter so that the filter blows back. The filter held in place prior to the install. Now waiting for a call back from them.

Rich solved our gas furnace problem!

Brett was great. Personable and detail oriented expertise. Checked out our furnace, changed filter, cleaned P-Trap as part of our service contract. No charge. Great reliable, honest company. We've been with Central Air for a long time.

Rich, our service technician, was truly great! He was so friendly and patient, didn’t mind that I watched him work, and even explained how things work and what he was looking for. He did a thorough job, checking all of the components and offered an inclusive summary with any important issues to prioritize.

I called Central Air for maintenance servicing since it hadn’t been done since I bought the house over a year ago. Chris came out & did a thorough inspection of the furnace, A/C unit and water heater. Not only did he check the units, thermostat, and registers, but he also checked all the major components within the unit, gave me a heads up on what is likely to fail first (it’s 30 years old) as well as costs, and maintenance plan. In addition, he showed me how to change the filter and use an app to run the thermostat! He was patient, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude. I highly recommend Central Air, and ask for Chris.

Tim was great today! He was knowledgeable and personable. Was reasonable and practical! As a single mom, I'm so grateful for the ongoing support of central air heating and cooling. Always reliable and definitely a necessary part of my home ownership journey. I was worried I'd be facing an astronomical bill, but the amazing maintenance plan is so reasonable! His hours today were completely covered. Such a welcome level of community and customer service in a world where that's not the norm.

Michael came out and diagnosed why our gas fireplace wasn't starting. He came back a few weeks later and did the repair. It seems to be working now. Thanks!

Kenny was great. He did a full inspection and maintenance on our heat pump and condenser including cleaning out all the pine needles from the condenser. He deserves an A++++++++++++

Michael was able to quickly assess the issue with my fireplace switch not igniting and fixed the wiring and the gas flue. He also made sure that the fireplace place unit was operating safely, which I appreciated very much. He was very courteous, showed up on time and made sure that he left the fireplace space cleaner than when he arrived.

Tim Neville came out today to correct a loose gas line valve on my heater (previously identified by NW Natural.) He found the leak, checked all other connections, and tightened everything down again. As has every other Central Air technician who has come to my house, he was friendly, polite, protective of my floors, and tidy. Going into my attic always results in loose bits of insulation falling onto the floor; every Central Air technician has thoroughly vacuumed it all up. I always feel more secure after their visits!

Our furnace gave up on Christmas Day. What I call our Christmas miracle is that a new furnace was installed within 24 hours after calling Central Air. Amazing service, amazing consideration for their customers.

Michael did a great job thoroughly and clearly explaining all the findings from our regular service call, answering my questions in easy to understand language. (Also, shoutout to the great scheduling/support team who always keep me posted with accurate ETA’s and flexible scheduling options. Much appreciated!)
Unlike other companies that may push opaque services and “just because” maintenance schedules, Central Air technicians have always treated me like an adult explaining WHY services are recommended and the possible risks of deferring, then let me make a decision with all the facts.
I sleep better knowing Central Air is inspecting our heating and A/C system twice a year.
