My positive experience with Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was all thanks to their technician, Kenny. From start to finish, this diagnostic appointment was exceptional, even though the result is not what I had hoped for.
Throughout the process, he was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Kenny was incredibly respectful and thoughtful, and spent nearly the entire day at my house carefully diagnosing the issue. He looked at the entire system in my house (which is more complicated because it's a multi-family home), not just a single appliance. But what truly stood out was his integrity. Kenny made it very clear that his goal was to fix the problem with my existing unit—not to push for me to spend a lot of money. He exhaustively tried to diagnose and resolve the issue, and when it became clear that a larger replacement/overhaul of the system was in order, he took the time to explain exactly why the next course of action was so important, what it meant for safety and long-term reliability, and what my options were. He answered all of my technical questions clearly and in a way that I could understand. He also took extra precautions to ensure that the home will remain safe and healthy to inhabit until my appliances can be replaced.
And despite the amount of time and effort he put in, Kenny only charged us the standard diagnostic fee.
Tomorrow, their project manager is coming to give me quotes for replacing a few appliances. No matter what happens next, I feel fully informed and confident in my understanding of the situation entirely because of Kenny’s thorough explanation and care. I will not hesitate to call him again and recommend him to anyone who asks.
