We had the easiest time getting mini splits installed through Central Air. From the beginning, it was obvious we were in good hands with Rich. He was kind, easy to understand, and very thorough with educating us. He took extra time to draw up plans and find every discount available. When installation day came, both Moises and Shawn were respectful to every part of our home and completed the install cleanly, professionally, and quickly. Rich continued to check in on us after the mini splits were installed and even came back a few weeks to make sure everything was done to our liking. We cannot recommend this company enough if you are looking into getting mini splits.

Chris came today for my bi-annual check on my air system.. As with every single central heating, cooling and plumbing person I have had in my home, he was incredibly professional, easy to talk to and beyond knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions, and was quick to get to the job. He even took some time to Say hi to my cat which my cat truly loved! I always give five stars, because they always deserve it.

I had a great experience with Rich the technician who serviced my gas furnace and fireplace. He was on time, courteous, and explained things thoroughly.

I had the service tech Tim help out in fixing our AC unit. The outdoor unit stopped working, and he came out same day and even ran to a shop the pick up the replacement part.

Central Air installed a new furnace and Air conditioning units. I would like to thank both Sean and Cash for doing a great job on the install, clean up and instructions about the new HVAC system.

Jake is so great at explaining what is going on in a respectful and kind manner. He really is a pleasure to work with! Thanks Jake!

Cash, Brayden, and Darian were awesome! They were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. Our new furnace and water heater were installed in one morning, and they left the space even cleaner than they found it. Thank you much for your great work!

These guys came out for my annual central AC check and it was great as always. Kellan was super nice, professional, and conducted a thorough maintenance check. Offered up some quotes for some work that would be helpful - never feel like it is an upsell but rather genuine advice, and the quote was more than reasonable. Will definitely be following through as this company has never done bad by me. Couldn't recommend enough.

Professional Chris showed up shortly after his text saying he was on the way. Was friendly, efficient and did repair as promised. Told us about maintenance options to consider, which we definitely will! Company process of not giving a narrower arrival window was frustrating, as “the afternoon” was pretty broad. Service was def a 5 star.

Darian Herrera was amazing! Work performed was high quality, and he is patient and kind with his customers.

3/29/2026: Bret did a great job tuning up our three furnaces and three air conditioners.
6/2024: Kurt came today to get our 3 A/C units ready for summer. Did a great job an d is really a good guy.

8/2023: They replaced our three 25-year-old Carrier furnaces and three A/C units with top-end Daikin units. Did a very professional job. Quite happy.

2022: I just started using Central Air this year. Quite happy with them. Travis did the quotes on the spot over the phone and made it simple. Junior installed a gas line for our new generator. Good guy and did an excellent job. Mathew just serviced our 3 A/C units. Also a good guy, did thorough job and taught me a lot about the A/C units.

Brett did a great job, kept me in the loop with any issues. Great personality and very thorough. If I could I would give 10 Stars.

Here to again recommend Central Air. I have the membership and today Michael V came out for our 6 month maintenance. He was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Did a great job. Pointed out some things to look at. I cannot recommend Central Air more highly. I feel they care for their customers and don't try to push sales.

Brett was our technician was wonderful. He even took off his shoes when he entered the house so it’s not to bring in dirt and grind. His attention to detail and servicing our air-conditioning unit was excellent. He even took the time to educate me as well. OK

Once a month we have Central Air come by to check out our AC (My mom and I had our unit replaced by them about a year ago) and every time we are met with such kindness and professionalism. Rick cleaned out our AC and not only took his time and explained what he’d be doing, he also answered all of our questions and overall was so helpful and took the extra steps to provide us with great service that makes us feel even more confident in choosing central air!

We recommend them to all of our friends and family, and have never had any hiccups or disappointments. Very reliable & trustworthy as we’ve been happy working with them for over a year now!

He was courteous, professional & did a fantastic job of installing our new thermostat. He spent time with us explaining how the new thermostat worked and was very thorough. Chris was prompt and thorough. He checked the air conditioner and ran it (in spite of the 47 degree temperature outside). I have used Central Air for many years and have never been disappointed with the service.

I was out of state having issues with my natural gas water heater. They showed up promptly, communicated clearly, and did the job correctly. Hard to find these days it seems! Thanks for lessening my headache. I’d definitely recommend them to a friend.

Also want to note their diagnostic charge is more affordable than some other companies and it can be put toward the cost of your service/work.

Brett showed up, was pleasant to deal with, did the job, and was clear on his findings and recommendations.

Kellan from Central Air provided excellent service. He made sure I would not experience gas leaks. He improved clogged drain pipe and the blower wheel. I am much safer now.
