Cody to the rescue again!! We found ourselves with a sudden leak under the kitchen sink that prevented us from using our kitchen faucet as well as a leaking bathroom faucet (terribly inconvenient for a large and busy family). As soon as I called, Central responded and got us scheduled right away and Cody was able to get us back up and running! In addition, he was able to do some investigation work and make some recommendations for future improvements that will help protect our assets. Thanks, Cody!!

We recently had a water pressure issue after the fire department used the hydrant next to our driveway. Cody came out and did some investigating. He was able to identify the issue and recommend a resolution. Throughout the whole experience Cody was professional and helpful. He’s our guy for all plumbing needs for sure!

Brett was easy to work with and very efficient. He knew what needed to be done and explained it well.We enjoyed talking with him.

Chris was super informative and great at letting us know what the problem was and created a great game plan for what we needed to do. Took his time being detailed and caring. Wonderful job.

I had a sleepless night after my dining room ceiling started dripping water. 😭 Central AHC&P dispatcher assigned someone to come out first thing in the AM. So grateful for the urgency and high level of attention we received.

Darian showed up and immediately troubleshooted many avenues of possibilities. Apparently the upstairs master bath (that sits over the dining area downstairs) shower gasket was worn, had a severe leak and needed to be replaced.

Darian worked very quickly to confirm that was the issue and he repaired it very quickly. His level of professionalism, kindness, genuine concern and skillset in mitigating and repairing the issue is unmatched.

Been a loyal customer for years for good reason and I’m so grateful you all are around when needed. ❤️

I’d like to thank Cody for such excellent and caring service! I had a flood in my home in 2023 from a tankless hot water heater failing which resulted in 5 months in a hotel and over $170,000 worth of damage to my home. Needless to say, this has made me very nervous about this happening again-I noticed some corrosion on one of the pipes so he came to check it out. He couldn’t have been more patient and kind, never questioning the need for my call. He always exhibits a top level of professionalism, being very thorough and explaining what he’s doing. Turned out there wasn’t a need for further repair and he eased my mind!
Cody is a bright light shining in a dark world where good service and true honesty is sadly hard to find. I will have him back for further maintenance on my water heater soon.

We just received fantastic service from Cody! Our hot water cylinder 'popped' on Monday. (Cold showers all around!) On Tuesday morning - before 8! - Cody was at our door & ready to replace our old water tank with a new tankless water heater. He worked assiduously to remove the old stuff & get us back to warm water joy. By 1530 he was done & EVERYONE in the house was smiling & singing Cody's praises. Had an excellent experience with Central Air! During the first heatwave of the summer my smart thermostat told me my house was getting hotter (while we were out for the day) but our house was cooling. Turns out the compressor blew and the unit was past its prime and needed to go, so I did my due diligence on types of HVAC units, costs, etc. after meeting with vendors I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, kindness, expertise and flexibility provided by Rolf and team at Central Air. During the process and scoping, we went through options and they went over the top and was able to send out a plumber for inspection, and came to find out the water cooler was 19 years old (but we thought it was 10). Cody from the plumbing side provided exceptional guidance on care of units, pipes, and options for the installation (the pictures speak for themselves).

The team came by in two separate days, Sean and the HVAC were great, extremely kind and walked me through the process, and kept me abreast of the situation throughout the day. They put in a 10 hour day! They removed the old unit, had the electrician redo some out of date wiring, cleaned up pipes/ducts, installed the thermostat and did extensive testing. Again pictures speak for themselves of the high quality work and the new heat pump is whisper quiet! Cody came by the following day, did a review with what was going to be done and made me aware of water shut off etc. and answered any and all questions. He swapped out the monster old unit, drained, redid all the piping, and checked all faucets in the house repeatedly to made sure no stone was left unturned and provided additional guidance about the timer and any water tracking units.

At first when I saw reviews sitting at a 5.0 on Google I was a little suspect, but after the experience with the team, their knowledge and the overall caring / service provided to the customer, I understand now. Outstanding job team, thank you so much!

Kelsi was amazing! I feel like it can be difficult to find people who go out of their way, these days. No one wants to deal or spend money when it comes to HVAC right? She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled effectively and efficiently! Her personality and attention to detail will have me come back if needed! I will also be referring family and friends if they need help also!

Had Jake out to do maintenance on our heat pump and air handler. He was prompt, professional, and made sure to explain everything throughly. No scare tactics about our (new) system needing to be replaced like we’ve had with other companies in the past. Would recommend!

Seth came in for a system health check. He showed us all the areas that are deteriorating and could use repair. He also suggested considering a whole new system as any repairs will just help our very old system limp along. He was very clear but not pushy at all. We appreciate his knowledge and professionalism and will call Central when we are ready for replacement.
