I would highly reccomend Chris for any furnace issues. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, gave us some options, and proceeded to clean,service and repair our furnace quickly. Can't reccomend Chris enough.

I’m very pleased with the way Central Air notifies me to schedule my home biannual HVAC maintenance and provides details about the service technician who will be performing the service. The technician, Tim, arrived on time and fully explained what work he was going to perform in a friendly and thorough manner. I was happy that Tim was performing the maintenance because he was part of the installation team that replaced my old equipment and so was familiar
with where everything was and I felt that I could trust him and felt safe. He quickly did his work while being careful to wear booties to protect my floors and carpet. I have always received great service from Tim and Central Air and would recommend them.

Jake did an amazing job inspecting our current unit and performing annual maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and gave us recommendations on how to keep our furnace in good shape throughout the year.

We could not have been happier with our service. Jake went above and beyond to answer our questions and did a very thorough inspection of our furnace. He gave us peace of mind and even suggested a few things to extend the life of our system. Even our pup, Archie, was obsessed with Jake. Thank you so much!

We’re so glad we got a second opinion and had Seth come out to look at our HVAC system. Another company quoted us over $4k in replacement parts just to “fix” the problem, but Seth quickly figured out it was just a programming issue. He was honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful. No unnecessary parts, no upselling, just solid experience. He had our system up and running again in no time and even cleaned out our filters to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend Seth for anyone looking for an HVAC tech they can actually trust!

Dustin came out for the twice yearly AC and furnace maintenance. He did a great job of looking over the furnace. No problems and we’re set for winter. Nice to have that peace of mind.

Chris just finished the service on my furnace to maintain the warranty. He said everything looks good. He also suggested i have the duct work repaired. I really appreciate all his great suggestions. Michael came in and had our fireplace working in less than ten minutes. After another company told me I would need to fully replace the unit which included tearing out the whole mantel. He saved our winter time coziness ability.

Jake did an excellent job of installing the new surge protection on my HVAC system. I feel much better having that done protecting my investment from harmful surges that would turn into an expensive repair. Central air always has great techs. They seem knowledgeable and work efficiently. But of all of them I have seen Rich surpasses them all. He communicates well and is very personable he can come to my place anytime and if I was looking to hire somebody I would hire him.

Seth has always been helpful and explained things when we’ve had any issues. Today he shared that my water heater should also be flushed.

Rich and Tim were prompt, thorough, communicated clearly about my heat pump system, and were totally professional from beginning to end of my service today. I highly recommend them.

Once again, Brett, our go-to at Central Air, has made our bi-annual system check not only smooth and free of hassles, but he is also a delight to interact with. He thoroughly troubleshoots any minor issues we may complain about, and he discusses options we can implement in between visits, rather than trying to sell me on something I don't need. We always look forward to a visit from Brett.

This time I had the please of meeting Rick, who came to my house to conduct my annual HVAC/heating check. In line with my past reviews and experiences, Rick was nothing short of amazing - super nice, professional, and thorough. Being a member and having Central Air come out for these types of services is the best thing I've done as a homeowner. Cannot recommend enough and look forward to having Rick out again next year.

Chris came out today to help with some maintenance at our place and he is so great! We really appreciate him. She is very knowledgeable and kind. It never feels like he is pushy with upsells. I know most everyone at Central is great, but we hope we keep getting Chris to come out.

The expert Central Air a/c inspector, Brett, did a great thorough analysis of my home system. He also cleaned the outside unit of all leaves, etc and even connected a new hose for me that I had just purchased. :). I am very pleased with the professional services Central Air provides!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everything about working with Central Air has been top notch - online booking system is slick, fast response time, friendly and informative technicians, and excellent communication to let you know what to expect during service and installation. We just had a new heat pump installed and water heater flushed and could not have asked for a smoother process. Much appreciated!

I don’t give 5’s but Rick was as close to one as he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a warm human being. He explained everything he found problematic and what is did to fix it. Hope he is always the one to fix my furnace. Oh and he was great with my dogs!
