Chris was wonderful!
I called them @2pm and Chris came out @4pm and fixed our furnace, which we really needed in the middle of February.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I woke up to a freezing house when my heater went out. I called in the morning and they were able to get someone out to my house that afternoon. Kenny showed up and was very nice, knowledgeable and professional! Turns out I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. He gave me the entire run down with pictures and explained what was wrong and what my options were. Rolph, who is the project manager came out right away and he finished the measurements, pricing, etc. Both were great to work with! Pricing is very fair and I will be using them again for everything related to heating and air conditioning. Excited for the installation coming up, which they were able to get me in quickly. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Tim was kind, professional, & knowledgable. After he finished with the furnace maintenance, he helped me arrange a plumbing consult with Central Air on the same day!

Jake was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with our furnace in the middle of a winter storm. Best customer service ever! I’m editing this because Moises and Braden came back less than 12 hours later and replaced our old furnace in record time and were amazing! In less than 24 hours we went from broken gas leak furnace to brand new upgraded furnace in the middle of a cold snap. Best company ever!

This was a regularly scheduled maintenance for our furnace and heat pump. Chris was excellent. He explained everything he did and offered suggestions for equipment that would help our system run more efficiently.

Chris was fantastic!! Showed up on time. Was very helpful and thorough when explaining my current HVAC set-up. Took pictures of the problems he saw in the unit and described how it might create other problems down the line. He handled everything with exceptional professionalism and kindness.

Rick was just fabulous! We’d give him 10 stars if we could. Kind, very polite, OMG! Helpful? Rick went head over heels to check things out. Fantastic.

Jake installed a surge protector on are furnace. He completed the job in short order and was friendly and efficient despite it being late in the day.

Michael arrived on time to perform routine checkup on furnace and heat pump. He explained what he had done and showed me what services might be needed in the future. He then spent extra time connecting my iphone to the Resideo app. I appreciated his positive attitude.

He was extremely courteous and helpful, showed us how to use our ecobee thermostat which we had no idea how to use, we were going to purchase one from your company and have it installed but he suggested we wait to see if we could get the access code from the previous owner which we did get which saved us the cost of having a new one installed, seems like a wonderful person I hope we are lucky enough to have him come back to service the A/C ,you have a great employee we are completely satisfied with your company and won't hesitate to call you again for our heating cooling and plumbing needs

The communication is very good!
Rick sent a text (with his photo) letting me know his arrival time, came in a well signed van and presented me with his business card upon arrival. I appreciate this level of identification as a safety measure. His inspection was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I felt he is honest, sincere and detail oriented. Definitely would recommend!

Chris came and did a tuneup on our furnace and while he was here educated me on so many things that I’m switching from who does my service now to his company because the trustworthiness the straightforwardness of clarity and honesty in a marketplace for sometimes you wonder if what you’re hearing is true I’m sold. This is awesome. I recommend this company because of what Chris did today.

Chris was great at walking my wife and I threw our options for replacing our broken thermostat and troubleshooting our heat pump issues. He was also very accommodating with having to make multiple trips and was respectful of our schedules. And he was great with our dog :) five stars for sure!

We had a great experience with the the service tech, Tim, who came out to service our HVAC equipment. He was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that made sense. He was thorough, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We’re very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to anyone needing HVAC/Plumbing maintenance or repairs.

Kellan did a great job on identifying the ptoblem and repairing our furnace. He replaced the condensation unit and sent me photos of the unit. He checked on the warranty of the unit, too.

Jake Sanders, our technician, recently came out and performed a routine inspection and servicing of our fireplace. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I really appreciated his willingness to answer any questions I had and that he even took the time to call the last technician that had serviced our unit when I had a question that wasn’t addressed in the notes from the last visit. Every technician that has come out to service our heating and cooling equipment has been top notch, and Jake was no exception. I highly recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for all of your HVAC needs!

Rich from Central Air was the best person to come today! Reviewing my cooling system, he easily updated settings, made a repair on a poorly installed (by another company) filter insert and reassured me all is well. Additionally, he found issues with the water heater and arranged for a plumber to come and remedy the problem. Purchasing the annual service check from Central Air was the best thing I’ve done since purchasing my home and I’m happy to know I’m in good hands. Colleen Carroll, Milwaukie
