Ray from Central Air sent Rich to run a diagnostic on my vents, ductwork, and HVAC System to determine if a flood in my house caused water to run down the vents and harm the system. Rich found rust and mold in the vents and the HVAC system. He also took pictures that showed where you could see where the water ran through the system,and even found there was still some standing water. Rich was very thorough, polite and took the time to show me pictures he took and explain what I was looking at and how the flood water ruined my system. Central Air is lucky to have a technician like Rich and should be very proud of the good work he does. Also, many thanks to Ray, who first came to my house to estimate the cost of the new system I will need. Ray took the time to thoroughly check out every component, duct lines, etc. to estimate the cost of a new system, and got Rich here as quickly as possible to complete a diagnostic for insurance purposes.
